Pilot Easy Touch 15 year favorite
Stumbled on this pen 15+ years ago and been favorite since. I like the fine point and it's reliable. The finger grip matches your natural grip.

Great all around pens!
These are great quality pens. They never bleed and write very smoothly without any smudges or smearing. I get a lot of requests from nurses to order more of these pens so I do and will continue to do so from time to time.
