Pilot Easy Touch 15 year favorite
Stumbled on this pen 15+ years ago and been favorite since. I like the fine point and it's reliable. The finger grip matches your natural grip.

Great pens
I have used Pilot pens for years. They are long lasting and never smear. I would not want to ever have to use any other ballpoint pen.

Great Pens
Love the Pilot EasyTouch Fine point pens. They write so smooth and a perfect fine tip that doesn't rip the paper. The ink also does not glob up as some others do. Has a rubber finger grip on lower end which makes writing for long periods of time easier on the hands. These pens are the only ones I like to use.
