good fit replacement cord
one of the tabs to receive battery power was damaged. The cord had been lost. your website was easy to use by looking up this older style model to find the exact replacement cord.

Saves My Batteries
Without this the label machine is lifeless. Using six batteries at a time is way too expensive. This shouldn't have been an option in the first place. Must have been included with the labeler.

Brother Desk top charger
The sales people at the Paramus Rt 17 store were very helpful. I brought in my Ptouch and they allowed me to make sure the charger worked on my machine.
