Pilot makes a great pen!

You can't go wrong with a Doctor Grip pen. Especially if you have cramping hands. I don't use anything else to write with. They have pens for every personality!

I’ve used the metal Dr. Grip ballpoint for three years but lost it recently. This one is a nice alternative as it is much lighter and easier on the wrist. I think I would ideally prefer a fatter grip, but still enjoy this pen. It’s writes smoothly- especially on high quality paper. Will repurchase again if needed.
