Use it all the time - Works every time
I would hate my job so much more without this product. All you have to do is mix it with warm/hot water, put it in your urn/airpot/whatever, let it soak for a bit (10 minutes is more than enough), and when you rinse it out you just watch the gross coffee tar tumble out and go down the drain. Cannot recommend this product too much.

Not very effective
I have bought this several times, but probably won't any more. At first I was trying to clean a Bunn pot that looked terrible. It did not work any better than vinegar. Next I bought some after we bought new coffee pots, hoping to keep them looking good for a little longer. Amazing product!
This cleaned a coffee pot I was determined to throw away because it was so gross. It took three rounds of light scrubbing, but it removed all the old burn on coffee. We were all amazed!

This product does a great job of removing coffee stains on the pot caused by “operator error” like burning the last few drops or leaving spills on the sides to dry out. Cleans easily and effectively with little effort!

Worked OK

Cleans caked-on burned coffee and stains easily.
I run a full pot of hot water and dillute it with 3 oz. of CTP, and within a few minutes, the pot comes clean like it never happened. Great stuff!

Somewhat satisfied
I have a thermos carafe that had coffee stains because I could no longer find the product I used in the past that would leave the carafe as clean as new. I have found that this product does not have that type of power to clean a stained thermos like new. This stuff is amazing!

The easiest way to clean a glass coffee pot is to swish Clean That Pot and water around and pour it out. This does not leave any soapy residue or taste!
