Horrible
The telephone doesn't work. When I opened the box, I noticed it was not factory sealed. Apparently someone else had the same experience and you put it back on the shelf. I don't want to spend two hours returning the phone. So, I will take the loss and never shop at Staples again.

I purchased this phone on August 16th 2024 and it is totally dead on September 11, 2024. I have never seen a phone do this. Really bad equipment.

Worked great until it didn't
Purchased this phone 10 months ago. Was very happy with it, right up until it stopped working. One morning all the phones in the house didn't work, we did some trouble shooting and discovered it was this one causing all the trouble. Same thing happened with our last ATT phone, but at least we had that one for 10 plus years before it malfunctioned.

do not like that there is no regular answering machine, it is voicemail like a cell phone and you have to dial in to hear the messages and press prompts to hear your messages. would not recommend

Great two line phone for the right price.
The phone was easy to install. It works just like it should. Caller ID screen is bold and clear. Speaker phone is perfect. Right office phone for a small business. I will purchase more as my needs in the office grow.

Not for disabled
Hangs up if slow dialing. Often not able to type in 5 or 6 numbers. I have to start dialing as soon as I pick p the head piece. Waiting for the dial tone is to late most of the time.
