perfect
will hold a utility knife pen and such plus clips on to the belt or your pants or pocket.

"I love this pouch, especially the clip in the back. I don't have to undo my belt to put in on or take it off. This would be a 5 star, however the only thing that keeps it from being perfect is that it doesn't come (or not one like it) with a measuring tape clip on the front. Dewalt makes a similar style pouch with the tape measure clip, but Ergodyne's is much more suit...
