this holds alot. for our very small business it holds a whole year of paid invoices. labeled and filed in a legal size (width) 4 draw filing cabinet.

File jacket legal size
These file jackets with 2" expansion works okay for what we need. I thought they would be a bit more heavy duty but they will work out okay.

Office Manager
The letter size folders will work. However the quality of the paper is not as durable as I hoped. If too many papers and are place inside and they are used frequently. Seams may come unglued. Does not expand adequately.
