I'm a bit disappointed that after two visits the refills that I need are still not in inventory. I settled on blue ink, but my goal was to purchase black ink, in the "Fine Tip" version. I thought that the "supply chain" was up & running again.

Too Expensive for refills
The refills are more expensive than the new pen unit prices. What gives there - I always assumed that refills would be significantly less expensive the replacement pens.

Easy purchase
I went to purchase the refills in the store. When they didn't have them in stock I was able to order them there. They were shipped directly to my home. The whole process was very easy. The refills work perfectly. I love that I didn't have to buy a new pen.
