These labels made it far easier to print!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The labels were the prefect item for my needs. Anyone who has printed CD or DVD covers understands how difficult it can be to align them properly for printing. Using the correct Avery template with the CD labels made printing them much easier. I will buy more labels in the future, because of these products!

The quality of this product has drastically changed for the worse.
I am not sure when the change happened with their matte cd labels, but in the past when I would print with avery CD labels, the ink would print very clear with vivid colors, but now with the newer labels the ink seems to spread on the labels making the images look blurry with dull colors. CD Labels
These are very easy to make using the template provided by the company. The labels go onto the CDs very easily and do not cause any problems to the CDs.

Difficult to use.
Difficult to remove from the backing sheet before applying to a CD/DVD.

Hello, thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear that these CD labels did not work for you. We do make changes to our products over time, but I am not sure if this product was affected. I've found that adjusting the Paper/Media Type to Labels can help with smearing. Does your printer offer a Labels setting?

Easy to create labels!
I would prefer that Avery would return to offering product that combines a CD label with a Jewel Box label on the same page. Instead of 2 CD labels per page or 2 Jewel Box labels per page. It would be more cost effective for the consumer to combine the labels.

Difficult to Use
Bought these recently and was very disappointed with them. There are tabs on both sides of the label that are supposed to tear off after the label has been placed. The tabs do not tear off evenly. Wrong Labels
I have used Avery Labels before. Now I can't find the ones I used. I want to Identify my vacation videos like I did last year. Everything buy are for an office. I build my own format using my own photos one at a time. What is the Label Number that will satisfy my needs?

"Hang-overs"
The only thing I don't like about these labels is that the tabs don't tear off cleanly. There are always "hang-overs" that I can't always remove cleanly.

Great product
I can trust that these labels will stick to my cd, no matter how many times I play one in my truck or how hot it gets, I have confidence that it will never come undone. Other products, the sticker has come off with heat, not this one. Thanks Avery

I had the chance to use my avery CD labels and I was nothing short of impressed. I printed 8 custom designed CD labels. I found a template online and printed off 8 individual labels.

Love these labels
I was a little scared to apply them to my DVDs because I didn't buy a special labeling tool, but I was able to do it by hand quite easily after the initial fear. Just take your time - put the DVD on a flat surface, peel up the label, line up the inner circle of the label to the DVD hole, and slowly lower the label onto the DVD, working form the inner circle first, then...

The Worst Avery Label I have Ever Used!
I picked these up by mistake, not noticing these are not the ones with the large center hole cut out.
#1 I had to order a new Applicator to make them line up .. $20
#2 The whole concept with pulling the tabs off once applied is a frigg'n disaster!
