The second hole is not standard and does not fit colored pencils.

Great sharpener
Our cats used the two part sharpener for a toy and conveniently lost the bottom of the sharpener that holds the shavings. With this one the bottom needs to be released in order to be emptied. It's heavier too so the cats don't find it as inviting to play with. The blades are positioned perfectly and the holes are exactly the right size so that sharpening is perfect.

Pretty disappointed in this sharpener. Not very satisfied with the point once sharpened but the biggest disappointment is how yo open the whole thing to dump the trash out once you sharpen a pencil. I see a place where the arrow directs to move to open but it doesn’t budge. Trash right now.

Beats the traditional tiny sharpener
I find that traditional sharpener disappear very quickly. This sharpener is about 2 inches high and the same in width. To finish the sharpening I find it works putting in the “graphic/graphic”—it works better You don’t need to empty the sharpener until you’ll fully sharpened the pencil but then you need to dump the shavings. Best pencil sharpener ever!
