Leaked in my pocket. First refill out of the package.
Not happy for the price for two refills and one leaks out in my shirt pocket. Don’t understand why. Poor quality control I would assume. Ruined shirt.

Have not found a better retractable pen. Always re-purchase the appropriate ink refill ( bold ). Writes so smooth, always legible. The perfect pen.

Uni-Ball Gel Bold Epaisse 207 impact ink Refills
Like the quality of ink and pen, but was very disappointed you replaced the 3-pack, with the 2-pack and on top of that reduced the amount of ink in the 2-pack, for the same price. Will no-longer be able to afford to buy this product, was already very expensive.
