I dislike it.
This duster isn't worth it. After 3 months the button stopped working and the duster base flops around. The reason I purchased this duster was for the locking mechanism that holds it in the same position.
I've purchased 3 and eventually they all stop working.

Such tiny swiffer dusters
I was floored at how tiny the dusters are. They’re not very thick and they certainly aren’t as full and fluffy as what’s pictured. They don’t even completely cover the handle. Very disappointing.

This product used to be very good now is terrible
I own a cleaning company I always used this expandable handle and for about 4 years they were really good abs long lasting each one was lasting for almost 5 months now the material is so cheap and they break in a week using . I bought 8 in the past 2 months I only have one left .

Was what was needed to get in high places
Having a problem with the dusting pad staying on keeps slipping off. Not a good thing when you have keep putting lt on,and yes I am putting it on right. A big disappointment .

Worst product ever

Lock jams
The push button on the swivel head locks in the pushed position and the duster just flops around until it finally decides to un-jam itself after playing with it. So annoying every time I use it and I end up using the small handheld version with a step ladder.

Terrible lock
I’ve been meaning to write this review. Though I love the duster, this particular tool is very convenient to use. However, the lock on this extendable handle is terrible. It gets unlocked every 5 seconds. You have to keep locking it. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but it gets really frustrating eventually. Now I am looking for another brand/product to replace it. Don't use this duster on a weekend because if you need help, as I did, there is no one available to assist until a weekday. The visual instruction on the label for affixing a replacement duster tell you nothing! I've been trying for 15 minutes to figure this out and I'm stymied. Picture looks like it would just slide on the "fork" handle but it doesn't. I'm so disappoin...

Product is not what I need anymore
I loved the duster at one time, not anymore. When I first started using the duster the handles had a type of clip that held the duster on. When I had to buy a new handle I found that the new handles do not have the clip so now when I use the duster it does not stay on handles. Not worth the money now.

I actually love the Swiffer 360 Duster pads they work beautifully it's just the sticks that the dusters go on to that are no good first of all the duster slip off as you're using them and the extender sick breaks in half with a couple uses I've purchased two that have broken. I'm very disappointed with the attachments that go along with them duster 360 pads
