Sturdy Folders
With such brilliant colors, I wasn't expecting such sturdiness! Rigid, without being un-bendable.
They are not waterproof, and the colors may run in high humidity/moist environments.
Overall, I'd rate them as a high-quality alternative to the plain manila folders we're all so familiar with...

The product may be fine, I haven't used it yet. The 1 star is due to the constant requests for reviews for simple everyday items. Do we really need reviews for every item purchased?

I prefer the 1/3 cut tabs to the 1/5 tabs. These fit the bill .. and the colors are so pretty. Very sturdy as well.

There was only 1 middle set of folders.
Why do they usually put more left & right folders when middles are needed more? You can always turn a left into a right but folding it the other way.

Useful colors
The file folders for major categories of my system (credit,health, business, charity, etc) are in strong primary colors. I wanted something different for my yearly tax files. These Pastel colors work fine for that.

Two-tone
I had bought these in the past. Staples changed the way they are made. The folders used to a single solid color which gave an option to use the end tab as either a right or flip it into a left tab. The new version has a paler color inside, so that if you flip it, the folders will be different colors.

Disappointed in colors...
A folder is a folder, right? Wrong.
I was hoping the Tru Red folders would color-match with Staples brand folders that I had been using. Unfortunately not. There were variations in the blue and green folders.
Not that big a deal but just not what I expected.
