I use only an Atlantis Exact Fine while writing.
I'm an author of eight books and began each one, jotting with a Bic Atlantis Exact. It provides beautiful flow, continually keeping up with my creative writing jags!

Prefer other brands
Ink was rough, too light, and pen felt too firm. Purchased all the types of Atlantis pens in this category. Will not repurchase.

Written line is not all same color blue. Accumulates on the tip during writing.
When writing, the ink does not come out consistently. The lines are blue to light blue. Ink also accumulates on the tip and will leave blobs of ink on the paper.

Great pens!
These are the best ballpoint pens I've used in a long time. They write very smoothly, the ink does not get 'gunked' up on the tip like some pens do, and they are comfortable to use. I have carpal tunnel problems and found that these pens fit my hand quite well. I would recommend these to anyone.
