rings don't hold tight
Every time you go to turn a page it catches on one of the rings because they are loose and don't close tight. Go with another brand.

writeup states it has the locking feature. It does not have this feature.

Cardinal Easy Open Clear Vue D Ring binder
Very sturdy & easy to open. Good when you used everyday...they don't fall apart. There is a clear slot for cover sheet and binder label.
