Wish it were easier to find
The website is the only place I can find refills for my favorite pen. I have looked everywhere and nobody carries them around me. It is the only complaint I have about the Sarasa Grand pen.

Great product
They're exactly what I needed, they fir my Zebra pen perfectly and super easy to install. They aren't any cheaper than buying new pens though, which is disappointing.

Best pens ever.
The pens are great. The best things is the ink dries fast and does not smear. They write nice and smooth.

Zebra Sarasa Refill
These refills were not stocked at the store. The assistant pointed me to the ordering terminal so that they could be ordered & delivered to the home. A bit of a set-back but not critical. They arrived a couple days later perfect fit and write beautifully. Very satisfied.

Just caring for my world!
I adore these pens so much I refill them, caring for the environment! Thanks for making refills possible. You should market a box set within one pen and refills under $10 dollars! The eco friendly gift!

Love this pen
Writes smoothly. The metal casing is much nicer plastic of competitors which often crack after minimal use.

Zebra dry gel blue refill
A refillable pen is great especially with a well constructed pen ready for it in my case the G350. I recommend the refill as a smooth flowing ink that sits well on paper.

The best pen I've ever used
I've been using these pen and buying the refill for approximately 7 years. Before the holidays, my favourite one, (I always have 2-3 of those amazing pen) that I'd bought in the spring of 2012 broke and I had to let it go. My order came on time and in good condition. The only critique is the fact that the order was put in two different boxes when they could have been combined into one box because they all arrived on the same day.
