Was my favorite but now questioning it
Out of all ballpoint pens the G-350 is (was) my favorite but I cannot give these refills a five star rating. For some time I have ran into the issue of, for whatever reason, poor ink flow from the tip of these refills. Wish it were easier to find
The website is the only place I can find refills for my favorite pen. I have looked everywhere and nobody carries them around me. It is the only complaint I have about the Sarasa Grand pen.

Yes I will buy in the future, just not directly from zebra.
Love the pen, G-350, .7. Love the refills. However, I will not buy directly from zebra ever agin. You have the absolute worst shipping of any company I know. A week an a half from NJ t Wv. Not acceptable at all. I love your products though, and will continue to buy them, just not directly from you.

Zebra Sarasa Refill
These refills were not stocked at the store. The assistant pointed me to the ordering terminal so that they could be ordered & delivered to the home. A bit of a set-back, but not critical. They arrived a couple days later, perfect fit, and write beautifully. Very satisfied.

Zebra dry gel blue refill
A refillable pen is great,especially with a well constructed pen ready for it,in my case the G350. I recommend the refill as a smooth flowing ink that sits well on paper.

The best pen I’ve ever used
I’ve been using these pen and buying the refill for approximately 7 years. Before the holidays, my favourite one, (I always have 2-3 of those amazing pen) that I’d bought in the spring of 2012 broke and I had to let it go.
