Very Poor Quality
They were both scratchy & not smooth at all & then they both ran out of ink in less than a week.I could've bought cheap ones from China that would've lasted longer.Purchase at your own risk.

Just ok
These replacements are just ok for the price. I brought my pen in with me to get replacements and these were the ones I was given upon getting home and putting one into my pen it barely comes out when I turn the pen to use it. I have to continually turn the pen to keep the tip out.

Okay But A Bit Hard to Get Started
It was a bit hard to remove some kind of plastic cover on the tip but once off it fit and worked okay.

Great service
I had several really nice pens that had no ink. A staff person helped me find cartridges that fit each one. They are all niw working!

I was looking for a Gel cartridge that would fit my old Shaffer pen set. I found the best was and is the Parker Quinn gel cartridge. It fit perfectly works good and I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to buy them. Thanks Staples for providing such a great refill item.

I wanted a fine point refill but that was not available at your store. This is okay but I write alot of checks and the medium point requires me to write the amount of the check in small letters and characters.
