Avery matte clear address labels
I had forgotten to put an address on a printed invitation so thought these clear labels would be perfect. Unfortunately, the printing smeared on the labels when applied to the card. Do not recommend.

These labels Smear
These labels smear as soon as they come out of the printer - without touching them. I do not recommend these at all.

I ordered this item for store pick-up and it took 5 days to get - even though it said next day delivery on the order form. Not happy with Staples anymore as you are discontinuing items and forcing us to order online - a task that I despise.

Looks good - quality need improvement
Although the clear label blends well and is very transparent, the quality of the label material is flimsy and tears easily.

so easy to use
Using the Avery download template, I was able to have perfect registration on my addresses. I love the clear labels for tinted envelopes... the color shows through and looks lovely. labels peel off the sheet quite easily, too.

Clear labels really rock!
I used the 1" x 4" clear labels to create bookmarks for my mother-in-laws 80th Birthday celebration. She loves to read so we chose books as the theme for her party and selected quotes from 5 of her favorite authors. Wife was Happy with these
We were getting married and my wife found some very nice envelopes and paper for the invitations. But when I ran one of the envelopes through the Laser jet the ink would smear. My solution was to use the clear labels and paste them on the envelopes. I must say she was a happy bride and her techie husband with the help from Avery the wedding was a great success.

Reliable Time in and Time Out
Avery is the only brand I use for my labels. I know the quality is going to be there. The print is always good on these labels from my laser printer. The adhesive is always even and I've never had a quality control issue in all the years I have been using them. Highly recommended.

Looks great but smears
My printer can only hold 10 envelopes or less, so printing directly to an envelope when I have to address 30 or more is a hassle. These labels look great, and are easy to print via the Avery wizard. Love these Labels
My printer doesn't make it easy to print addresses on envelopes, and I often use large manila envelopes that don't fit in the printer anyway. A complete disappointment
This states that it is good for inkjet printers as well as laser, but it definitely is not. The labels come out smeared and blur as the ink dries as if it is melting. I printed 3 sheets out and couldn't use one label, they were that bad. Clear is a nice idea if you have a laser, but if you have an inkjet, stick with the paper labels.
