File cabinet
Good cabinet. It took me 5 tries before I received the cabinet without a dent. Staples was so on it and sent someone to pick it up and deliver another one right away. I wanted to give up on the fourth try but staples assist in giving me the fifth one. The driver was also nice they would tell me before they arrive that the cabinet was dented. Buy in the store ONLY
We ordered this file cabinet online. They delivered it with three dents. We had to exchange it three times because it was ALWAYS dented. I would only but it in the store. Staples does not pack this item right.

Decent quality
This cabinet was delivered undamaged and on time. Drawers work nicely and it looks good. It is a good quality and I love that the drawers open fully. The booklet that came with it talks all about safety and not a word about how to use the included metal dividers. They’ve changed this model & it’s terrible now.
I purchased this file cabinet about a year ago. I needed one more, so I wanted them to match. When the second one was delivered today, it’s nowhere near the quality or look of the original one, despite the price increasing. Still a great buy
We purchased several of these cabinets in 2016. They are used in two office locations. They hold much more than laterals and take up less space. These cabinets are well built and have been filled to capacity each year, emptied as files sent to storage and then the cabinets filled again. Only a little more expensive than we paid in 2016. Well worth the money.
