Scotch Tape refillable
I was expecting the full plastic dispenser, but these have the paper backing which reduced refillability.

A Tape Review
I always buy Scotch's brand tape much as possible unless you're out of that brand. It would be nice if you had a selection choice just of one per box but with more yards for per roll.
