Do not erase.
They do not really erase. The eraser only dulls the color, but doesn't take the mark away.

Not clean
I have bought numerous red pens to underline my Bible. These cannot leak, run or leave blotches or the Bible is spoiled. Every once in a while I find one but this one leave blotches. For almost $1 a pen I was disappointed!

Design needs work
Pen writes well, but eraser does not erase much of the ink even after letting ink dry for a half hour. Also, the eraser, mounted in the pen cap, causes the cap (with eraser) to pop off. Happened 4 times while testing the thing.

Paper mate Red Ink
These pens glide across the paper. I appreciate the eraser instead of Wite Out which is neater and I can complete tasks quicker.

I like better than pencils
The Eraser Mates make a consistent darker color that is more readable that a colored pencil markings. I used these for marking a chart that needed contrasting numbers next to each other. The erasing works well too.
