Didn't work
I set it up as instructed but for some reason doesn't work with my phone system. So I will be returning this item.

didnt work
unfortunately this did not work for us and the headset we were using with it. we had to return all items.

Doesn't work with my AT&T phone
Unfortunately this didnt work with my AT&T phone. The cord doesnt fit anywhere. I used it in the past with a Cisco phone and liked it so I wanted it again.

The Lifter Functions well
The Lifter Functions well but attaches to the phone rather oddly 3m double sided foam tape is the best product to adhere it to the phone it should come with tape.

Honest Review
The head set lifter is perfect. It does not have a fine tune ability for the lifting mechanism but with a little adjusting of the lifter placement it works as you would expect. I am using a Mitel 5330e phone and even from 300 feet it will still answer the phone. I can go to the mail box and all over the office and still have it answer.

Life is Good.
I purchased 2 of these and they work with our current headsets. We absoluetly love them. I can be working in my warehouse or back parkinglot and still answer the phones. Totally Awesome!

Head Set
Love it I have well away from my desk and still been able to answer the phone. Its worth the money to have my hands Free from holding the phone. and able to use them for typing are writing. GREAT GREAT.

Plantronics HL10 Handset Lifter
Works like a charm but I did have to make me a thin spacer for the side of the lifter to center the lifter under my headset. Otherwise a fine product.
