This product is every landlord's dream!
I am the landlord of two rental properties located in Enfield, IL.
I only purchase Duck brand tapes when I am painting my rental properties. It comes off with a clean line everytime, making painting a breeze!

I hate masking tape
I have no use for this. Not sure how it ended up here. Masking tape leaves residue behind and only barely holds heavy items. I’d rather use blue tape or frog tape for painting. Why are we still making this stuff?

Refrigerator tape
I use this tape to label leftover containers in my refrigerator. It adheres well to plastic or glass containers and lids and it comes off easily when I am ready to reheat and serve yesterday’s lasagna. I use Sharpie pens with this tape.
