Design Flaw - DO NOT BUY
The "padded" arm is filled with an oil-like substance. If you press on it too hard, it will burst. After it bursts it must be trashed, as it continues to ooze oil down onto the actual punch apparatus (and your documents).

Dont Last Long
I have not used this item much and only had it for about 8-9 months and it broke in the middle of useage.

Malfunctions after two weeks
We owned two of these, and both of them got stuck and would not release the paper. This happened even with only a few pages. You can manually force the spring, but then it sticks more often. Not a good product.

Punches great but . . .
It is easy to punch through multiple sheets, but the plastic bottom tray would not snap securely on one corner so we are returning for an identical replacement. Hopefully, it has a secure receptacle tray.

Office Heavy Duty 3-Hole Punch
The 3-hole punch is decent, the only problem that I have is the adjustable paper size clip feature. The clip will easily moves when trying to punch some documents if the paper touches the end of the clip.
