Nice file cabinet
Sturdy and a good value. The first one we ordered was damaged. It had a faulty drawer but staples replaced the cabinet with a new one and it is great. I recommend.

Cabinet dented all over.
Opened the box to find a giant dent in the back and dents all along the sides. Could be a shipping error, but still, for the cost, we should have received a file cabinet in good condition.

Excellent service
Very helpful salesman Gio at New Hartford NY store. Bought two of these file cabinets on recent consecutive Fridays for delivery the following Mondays. Both deliveries made smoothly, on time, and delivery man brought them in to my office, which I greatly appreciated.

Just what we needed!
We were pleased with the ordering process and the speed of delivery. Though we had a few issues with damages to the file cabinet upon delivery, they were addressed immediately and we received a replacement in a very timely manner. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Filing Cabinet
Reasonable price, fully assembled, certainly sufficient for home use. But, mostly, incredibly quick (and courteous) delivery. Less than 18 hours from when I ordered on-line. And, incidentally, spoke first with helpful guy at the brick-and-mortar store in Bailey's Crossroads.

Solid file cabinets, delivered in 3 days from ordering! Almost didn’t order because of reviews about dented and damaged shipments.
