Disappointed in quality tear easily
I was surprised to notice these paper towels are not as strong or absorbent while they contain less post-consumer recycled content and are more expensive than Embassy towels through our previous supplier.

Decent paper towels work fine.
These have a core that works on our automatic dispenser requiring a core of 2 inches in case you are wondering. These work well and even though somewhat thin they are decently absorbent and strong enough to be unwound by our machine and torn by patrons without issue. Good paper towels.

rolls and quantities to small
The hard rolls that we have been purchasing for years has been discontinued so we tried this out. The paper itself is fine but the rolls are not large enough and there aren't enough rolls in the case. Disappointed

Not as expected
Did not realize that these were smaller rolls then the box of 6. So was surprised when received 12 small rolls. Not sure why my original order of box of 6 was not completed so went with the 12 rolls. My mistake for not making sure they were the same size rolls.
