Excellent time-saver!
I use these to pre-print accounting codes for invoice payment at my company.
I generate pages of my most frequently used accounting codes, and then simply peel and stick to the invoice before sending to Accounts Payable. We use Oracle, so it saves time writing 40-digit codes over and over.
No errors reading my handwriting, because printed codes are clear.

Great File Folder Labels
If you have a large number of files to create at one time, I highly recommend this product. These can be used to create file folders as well as for tabs for hanging folders. I use these fairly often and they turn out perfect every time, especially if you use the Avery templates provided in Word.

So Easy to Use!
My daughter and I bought these not just to use on file folders, we also used them to label games we made up for her baby shower. These were the perfect size for what we needed, and were also terrific for the folders we have in the file cabinet. Much nicer and neater than doing it with handwriting let me tell ya!

Great Product - easy to use template!
I love Avery products so when I needed small stick on labels for my business, I turned to Avery Products and found the right size stick on label and really easy to use template from the website. I designed it with ease and have the perfect labels for my business. Thanks Avery!

**Professional Results**
For professional looking files, I immediately choose the Avery's Permanent White File Folder Labels. My files don't get the hand-printed labels, but are formatted in the company font, show the customer logo, and come out of the printer looking great every time! Thank you, Avery!

Classic Office Staple
Avery labels are a classic office item that will never go out of style. Whether you choose to write on your labels or use the printer for your labels, you can't go wrong. My favorite part is that even if you don't print a full sheet of labels and have to use some later, the paper still pulls through your laser printer just like it was the first time. Highly recommend!!

Easy File Labels
I am an office manager at a pregnancy center. We make several client files each week. The Avery file labels are easy to use. I just type in the name and print. I can print one lable or a whole sheet. Either way it is a simple and quick process.

Although it may seem a very small item, printing file lables for daily file folders (1 January 2010, etc) the use of Avery labels with the template has been really helpful. I have been using the same files each year, just using a mass update to change the year as they passed by. I print out a set for the year for a lady I work with. Saves us money
Working in a school we have at least three file folders for EVERY student in the building. Once a student graduates, we recycle the folders. These labels makes that so simple. With schools in such financial distress, this simple recycling of folders actually saves a lot of money.

Quality and Versatility

Love Love Love
I really hated the old plastic holders with the inserts you had to write on. Being able to print on these has made my fling drawer more uniform and organized. I bought these for home use, and raved so much about them at work that they are now a staple on our supply orders.

Great file folder labels
The 5026 labels are great for file folders because they are large enough to hold more information without opening the folder. For example they can be used to label jobs including the customer, the job number, the address and a brief note about the job. Being color coded they can be used to differentiate one month from the other.

Files made easy
I used this product when I was setting up my office and getting ready for assistants. I am a horrible writer (most people say it looks like a doctor wrote it) so I had to redo every file so that it would at least look okay for others. It looked better than what I thought it would.
