No Longer Staples
After about 2 months of great performance, the stapler started to jam on everything. Tried everything I could to get it to work but now it just collects dust.
Wish I could still return it.

Hard to use
I don't like it. Stapler does not work properly, it does not staple big stacks of paper. Stapler staples badly and rips the paper.

Tried this stapler on a 115 page document. Using correct staples, it continued to jam or staples weren't bent correctly on back of papers. Couldn't use. Returned.

This Stapler will do the job
This stapler will work great as long as you take care of it. Its sturdy with minimal plastic parts. Forcing it to do over 100 sheets is asking for trouble. I try to staple 50-60 at a time. I think the last heavy duty swingline I had was bent over time trying to staple 100+ together.

Great- if you like staple jams.
This stapler has been nothing but trouble! We have tried 2 different brands of staples (including Swingline), and both have jammed almost every time we use it. Save your money and buy a different stapler.

This stapler was an impulse purchase that will be given to an elementary school teacher. It is really attractive and a joy to use! The Staples Assistant Manager who helped me had quite a time getting the spring tension staple loading piece unhooked to try out the staples that Staples had on hand. Unfortunately there were no SF39 or SF13 Heavy Duty staples for sale! ...
