Easy to use, but why the mystery about how to unlock???
I have never had to go to a product web site to figure out how to get the item to work. What is so mysterious about letting your customers know how to unlock the handle so it can be used? Why not put that on the box or a note on the paper punch. It works great once you find out the secret to unlocking the lever! Seems like an unnecessary step, and a waste of time, for y...

WILL NOT PUNCH 7 HOLES until you buy 4 more punch heads
Like several other people who posted questions about punching seven holes, I purchased this for the sole purpose of punching seven holes in pages for my planner which has seven rings.
The box reads "2 - 7 adjustment" which implies the user will be able to punch up to 7 holes. Nowhere on the box does Swingline inform the consumer that they will have to purchase addition...

Not good
HI, the hole punch is no longer working after less than a couple weeks. One of the whole punch pieces keeps getting stuck in the down position.

Gets the Job Done
It's a pretty straight-forward item: it's a regular hole punch. If you're expecting to bind a book with this thing, prepare to be disappointed, but for general office/everyday use it's great. It works smoothly and does not require a lot of effort to do its job.

Did not last long
lasted about 1 year. Hole punch middle hole mechanism ceased working and got stuck. Had to purchase another hole punch.

Raved reviews are overrated
The paper keeps getting stuck in the holes and I have to fish them out from the very first use of this hole punch. I thought it would be amazing, but I was wrong.

Exeded my expectations
The puncher does what is supposed to, most people try to punch thru too many sheets and then complain about the unit, but, it's really user error. The tray broke on our unit after a few years and when I called them to ask if they were sold separately, they told me that they would ship one to me for free. Hold time was less than 1 minute. Great customer service.
