the punch got jammed the FIRST use. you have to open the bottom and push it manually back into place.

Not happy
Bought this recently to replace a punch that I had for many years, but this unfortunately not a similar punch as I had hoped it to be. Very heavy, hard to insert paper, no paper stop so holes don't align well. Can't imagine inserting 10 sheets when inserting 1 or 2 is difficult.
