So glad I found these!
I always bought the whole "kit" and I have left over tags and then I found out I can buy just the labels, awesome sauce!!

poor quality
The tabs are made smaller by half an inch, and now you have to fold them yourself. They look really "home-made" next to the old ones. If Staples offered comparable tabs (in folded inch & a half size) I would buy those instead.

cheaped out
The labels we have used for over 15 years are now so thin they jam in the printer. We had a printer for years - jammed, unusable. New Canon printer - jammed, unusable.

Smead Viewables are working fine on my Files in file cabinet. I like the color ops for combining similar files. Robert Wrenn. I would recommend this File label to anyone. It is very handsome.

Can't Use Anymore
They have make the Viewables a online app and made the software unavailable. For security and privacy reason the policy is never put any personal data like names in online storage. I will find a different product provider.

I use your product on a daily basis and have the 3.0 version--I can't understand why I have to purchase the product again in order to get the 4.0 version. I feel if you have already purchased this product you should get updates for free. Thanks for your time.

Needs Mac Compatible Software
This is a great product. Very user friendly and easy to install. My filing system looks neat, organized, and professional.The only reason that I don't give this product 5 stars is that the software isn't Mac compatible. I have an iMac, but still use my PC laptop to run applications and software that

Don't waste your money
Too expensive and no Mac software. This was probably a great system back in 1984... Program is outdated.

Love Love Love It
As you can tell, I love this product. It has made finding the right file sooo much easier. The old way of doing it took more time as some of the clear tabs were bent or at an angle, making them harder to read and taking more time as I would have to thumb thru to find the right one. With this system

Easy Labeling and Filing
This labeling software system is a complete package so you're ready to get to work immediately. Labels are easy to create and can be printed in color. Viewing the labels in a file drawer is easy and they are more substantial than insertable tab labels. I love 'em.

Makes my life easier!
I am HR Manager of a company with mulitple locations. I use Viewables for the personnel filing system. I color code them by location. Since I file them all together alphabetically, using a color system makes my search of files for a particular individual a little easier. I also include the employee'

These are great to organize your files and create a file system for schools, especially, my only issue is that the software does not allow you to upload/inport large amounts of information for labels. Filing Made Easy
I love the viewable filing system. The ease of finding files -- you can be sitting down, standing up and the files are viewable. Also, they can be color coded for even better organization.

Easy to View "Viewables"
I love the fact that all files have a front and back and, most importantly, the top is easy to read. Of course, you have to make sure you are 100% organized before you begin making the labels - they aren't cheap - but they are so worth the effort!
