Snazzy & useful but expensive & time-consuming
If you HAVE to have paper files these days this system is effective and pleasing to the eye. You can view what you need from the front--and get some information from the top and rear if necessary. Viewable Labels
I love these labels - however the refills do not provide the plastic overlay for the labels and without the plastic overlay - the labels tend to fade.

Love them!!
I feel so much more organized and it looks clean !! I can see right away when I look down in my file box. I also like that I can identify which label has been used so I can finish using all my labels no waste this is great for printing one or two labels!!Thank you!!

Best filing system
Having the labeled folders stand out so you can see what you are looking for without struggling to move files to see the little tabs is worth every cost and process of this product.

Smead has great products.
This is a great product; however I wish the plastic covers were included in this package. It doesn't make sense to have the labels without the plastic covers.

poor quality
The tabs are made smaller by half an inch and now you have to fold them yourself. They look really "home-made" next to the old ones. If Staples offered comparable tabs (in folded inch & a half size) I would buy those instead.

Smead file labels are great
file labels stand up well and are easy to read. It is easy to print new labels with the program allowing you to start with the next label on the sheet whether it is the last or in the middle of the sheet. Excellent product don't know what we did without it! Worth the extra cost.
