Reinforced Tab lifts up
These folders used to be the best, but in the past several years the reinforced tab is terrible. It lifts up and the Avery file folder labels I put on them also lift off.

Perfect for our Project files
we have been using these types of folders for our bidding projects and for employee records. They are sturdy, hold everything you need and you don't have to 'neaten' the files to make everything fit.
