Poor quality. I had to stuff folders in between the hanging folders due to the weight of the paper.

Received defective
The metal sides would no lock so we couldn't hang any folders in it so we returned it and bought something else from a different website.

It allowed me to customize the size of the rack.
It allowed me to fit a small drawer. It isn't beautiful but it works nicely.

Tools are needed
I like these file frames except they seem a little wobbly. I hope they hold up. There should be a tool to help you take off the excess metal. I needed a pair of plyers. They should include some kind of tool to assist with this.

Cost cutting stupidity?
The plastic end frames are well designed and generally solid. However the folding rails are a pain. The only reason I can think of as to why they went with folding rails is to reduce the size of the box the unit comes in. Seems to me they are incurring more cost to fabricate the folding rails than they save in the cost of cardboard to hold the older solid rails.

Overpriced and worthless
I purchased the file frame but never saw it in advance. My bad! It is worthless and I will try to return what I can. The metal sides of the frame are not straight and cannot be straightened and it is a flimsy piece of trash. I do not recommend this item to anyone.

Too hard for even those who read reviews that others cant do!
I have a tool chest full of tools but the only way to snap off with some chance of getting the rails size correct is to put the thing on a step and step down with all your strength. Not very accurate. Im returning both the ones I bough.

File folder drawer hanger
Seems nice and as described EXCEPT even with a tool chest full of tools I don’t have the strength to snip off the extra on the side pieces.
