Great Organizer
These are great for our firm, we have many files and many employees. by using these we know who has the file. Works great as long as the employee is trained properly:)

Excellent organization tool
In our office we use these as batch cards ( when a file is pulled these are put in place for re-filing purposes)
They are durable and long lasting, stick out making re-filing simple.

Saved the Day!
I looked all over in stores for these "Out Guides" and could not find them. Luckily, I look on the website for Staples and found what I was looking for. We ran out of them here in the office and now everyone is happy to have them back for our use.

Sign Cards
This card is great for separating charts and also to have people sign out when they grab a chart from the file cabinet. A great way to know where or who has a particular chart/file when it's not in it's place!

Great Quality
This is a great way to keep track of who has which files within an office. Great product. Heavy Duty construction allows for multiple uses without getting worn or tattered. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is having a hard time keep track of which files are where within an office.

Our office shares common files with 4 departments. There are no admins or file room personnel to oversee the custody of files. Access is given to 20 people and often files would go missing for days. Now that we are using the OUT cards, we are not only able to locate and track files, we also know which employees are not properly following office procedures.

Saved My Sanity
As an AP clerk, I was constantly "losing" files when they would be picked up by other folks in the office. Once I implemented this system, all my problems were solved. The bright color made the missing space stand out, and I always knew who had which file. These are especially helpful around audit time when files need to be located quickly! Great product!

People at the office appreciate the quick and easy access. We know where the files are at all times. The red ink stands out, so it is easily identified in the file. It is made with durable and strong card stock that doesn't wear out, so it can be used over and over again.
