Works as stated
I purchased this item to use as the office "mail box" system. It works as stated and provides plenty of room for growth. I would purchase again.

This desktop sorter is a piece of junk...do not buy!
I purchased this thinking that it was made of Oak. It is NOT! Just cheap particle board with oak grained plastic coating. The dividers are made of thin hardboard and the back is made of cardboard. All cheap materials for the very high price asked. It does look nice when assembled, but don't be fooled. It is NOT worth the price. Do Not buy it!

Just what I needed
This file organizer is made from laminated wood, but it looks good. You assemble it yourself. When you do, don't drop the dividers in. Set them in carefully, or you will break the laminate like I did.

This shelf is poorly made and looks very cheap. I returned it. If this product was free, I probably wouldn't take it.

Great, but you have to assemble!

Functional but not best quality
The organizer does what we bought it for but the materials are cheap. When putting it together parts were cracking and it doesn't look the best. We had to hide the top and bottom of it so the bad and cracked areas do not show.

Compact and sleek
This sorter solved my issue of neatly organizing "take-aways" needed for sales meetings. It doesn't take up much space and keeps everything in one place and organized!

DISSAPPOINTING-DOESN'T HOLD UP
Great idea but the unit was useless after 6 months.
Even though we had minimal papers in it, the sides bowed so much that the shelves would no longer reach the support slots and the nailed on backing splintered the MDF.
Expensive for a six month solution!

A CAUTIOUS YES
Too easy to hammer dowels in TOO far causing damage, need more precise instruction on this otherwise good for home use.

OK PRODUCT
ok product. Too expensive for what it is. Just dont pound the top and bottom on too hard. It will blow out the dowells. Good for organizing papers etc.... overall ok product.

Decent size and functionality, however if you don't make sure the dowels are all the way in the sides before placing the top or bottom on, they will pop through the veneer of the top and bottom. I was certain I had done so and three dowels pushed through rendering it rather ugly, but too much work to bother returning it.

Got me organized!
I really like this vertical sorter. I use it to seperate my different kinds and colors of paper. It holds more than I thought it would. My only "alteration" that I did was I notched out the front so that I can actually slide the shelf itself out if need be, just incase I put something small in it and it went out of my reach since there isn't any room to put my hand in b...
