Note that the product description states "Wide/Legal Ruling" and at the bottom of the details says "Legal Ruled." Because these are different styles I asked if it was "Wide" or "Legal" ruled because I prefer "Legal." After the individual went to check she returned to reply that it was "Legal" so I ordered - but be warned it is actually "Wide" ruled.

Ampad Gold Fibre Writing Pads -- BEST EVER

get what yo pay for
Purchased similar product in store some time ago. When torn off did NOT tear on the perforation. Have found that ALL Ampad Products are of the highest quality.

Excellent quality for a great price
Ink does not bleed through the paper is good quality think but not too thick. Excellent for everyday but also casual business and academic situations

Way Better Quality than the Staples Brand
This is a product where the Staples brand is not comparable. I tried to save a little $$ by buying the cheaper brand but the attorneys were not happy. I will continue to purchase the Ampad brand.

"Pinhole" perforations are too rough
The problem with this item is that the pages are "pinhole" perforated (which is different than the "Microperforated" style that most other Ampad Gold Fibre pads have.) The difference is that when you tear out the pages the perforations at the top for the pinhole style are very rough (reminds me of the edges on the pages I used to tear out of a spiral notebook in 3rd gr...
