NOT bold
These are advertised (in Staples'catalogue and on box) as bold 1.0mm and they are not even close. They are more like a fine point than bold.

They are alright
I was looking for a pen like the Uni-Ball Eye Broad and thought since this one is Uni and also 1mm bold it would be similar but it is not that bold. It is not as bold as a .7mm fine Uni-Ball Vision. However they are a decent pen.

Meets a need

Favorite pens in this world!
I am left handed and these are the only pens which I use. The reasons are:they do not smear as I push the pen across the paper. Perfect for the left handed human.
