not regarding this product but i wish you would reconsider how your delivered products are packaged. you deliver boxes in boxes. just feel it's a waste. i get it's not plastic bags but waste of a box as well

Bad description
I wanted the regular bankers box. I read the description and it said letter size. I ordered by phone and I asked the person if these were the regular size bankers box. She said yes. I received them and they are 12 by 24, not 12 by 15 which is what I wanted. There is no size given in the on-line product description but it says letter size. Totally not satisfied!!
