Tried several times, but the refills are awful!!
I've used these pens for 15 years, but lately, it seems the refills don't last as long as they used to. I'm not sure if the manufacturer was changed, but somehow the shelf life is half of what it used to be. A waste of money now.

Vision Elite Rollerball Pen
I'm a pen snob. When I find a pen I like, I buy a couple every week in case they're no longer produced. Couldn't find reills in stock anywhere. Thankfully the Staples associate order them to be delivered to my home. Keep 'em coming!

The refills were not in stock in the store and the employee helped me place an order at the kiosk and they were delivered at my door the next day. Great product, great customer service.

I had almost given up on finding these. At my local store I was shown how to order at the kiosk. Delivery was very quick. I do wonder why a 12x10x4 box was necessary for shipping.

Uniball Vision Elite rollerball pens are best ever!
To Staples, The pen refills are unusual since pens are usually throw-aways. Not Uniball rollerball pens; refills make the first purchase one of many refills. They write like hand glides on paper and does not skip when near out of ink! I'm a old guy and never found a better ink pen and it's refills available at Staples.
