Design Flaw
While this dispenser looks nice we are having trouble getting a roll of tape to "roll around" and dispense. Most tape dispensers allow for the use of name or off brand replacement rolls. We are going to test whether it works with a Scotch brand of tape refill. If it does not work with the Scotch brand of tape we will be sending it back.

SCOTCH DESKTOP TAPE DISPENSER IN SILVER
Needed a new and upgraded TAPE DISPENSER for my home office desk. I love the SILVER color new style offering extra features. Especially like the staple storage compartment ease of use and the staple remover. Would highly recommend this product!!!! Looks beautiful on my desk.

Works Great but
This tape dispenser works great but the blade is worn out and evidently not available for replacement.
Since trying to be more green I will be looking for a dispenser with replacement blades

Great tape dispenser but no replacement blade
How is there no replacement Blade? You can actually remove the blade, so it's such a waste to have to replace the whole dispenser just for one tiny little part. This is a great tape dispenser, weight is just right, cuts nicely until the bladder gets blunt.

So far this tape dispenser is working fine. Durable and tape cuts easily. Good for a busy office. Reasonably priced and attractive two tone.

I like these because they are compact but weighted so people don't knock them off the desk like some others. Plus the new design allows the roll to spin freely.
