Our office has 5 Brother DK2205 Label Printers & they are GREAT!
This printer was extremely easy to set up & very simple to use. There are several Fonts available & many label sizes to choose from. This printer has definitely saved time & aggravation with printing file folder labels & envelope address labels. I would love if it could hold 2 separate sized labels and if there were more colors available other than just Black & Red. ...

Most convenient labeling product we've found.
For our business, the 62mm (2.4") wide labels work the best. We use existing software that works perfectly with the QL-600 Label Maker. One of the benefits of this labeling tape is we can make the label length whatever we wish. The cutoff blade in the QL-600 helps make this possible.

Great product!
Works well for our printing needs at my church. We tried a generic brand before and it worked terribly. These tags stick well on clothing. Thankful for Staples making it so easy to order and deliver. Got it at my house after 24 hours! Amazing!

Universal Label Paper
With the continuous label paper you can make any size babe you want. The Q-700 printer will cut it off wherever you specify. It is the only way to get 2.5” labels for manilla file folders. A 100’ roll will make over 2000 mailing labels for instance.

I don't reccommend
this printer is problematic because it has no digital screen/menu and no way to manipulate the network it is on so you can print form various devices. For personal use it would be fine but not for business or events and registration etc.
