Great Stapler!
Paid a little more but it feels substantial and has worked great. Worthy investment.

Not Great
On first use, using good staples, it managed to jam or fail to work 4 times out of 5. I immediately returned the stapler. Swingline is usually much more reliable than this.

Bigger than expected and doing a great job
The stapler is a bit large for my hand but I will say that after a few times of using it I am adjusting to it. My previous stapler often times did not get the staple crimped properly and so far this one is doing a great job. Only thing I would change is if the company could make one slightly smaller. I liked my Staples stapler better. I have to really push down on the thing. My old Staples stapler was very easy to use. You did not have any in stock

Very disappointed customer
The stapler was not of good quality compared to this model purchased 7 years ago. It was lighter and not staple through as many pages as our previous model.
This was a moderately expensive stapler and not worth the money. A poor replacement for Swingline's earlier models. Would not recommend purchase of this item.

A good stapler. REplaced old 747. Last one I bought cost about 25% of this one, that was decades ago.

I bought a cheaper Swingline and it was worthless this one works like it should. Don’t go cheap pay the price of the Optima.
