smart looking
There was no trouble assembling it, for the price it is a very smart looking functional filing cabinet, just got it, so don't know if there are any latent defects, but none apparent

RIDICULOUS
Worst idea I ever had. Ordered this product, took me 3 hours to get it 70 percent completed, trying to complete one of the last sides to the drawer and the side had no pre drilled holes. Called the company, they really weren't very nice or sympathetic, but I hate to get mad a workers, not their fault, so they shipped me out a new side.....not overnight as I requested...

Good Product!
Sturdy and very heavy file. Construction required most of a day for an average guy, but the result was worth the effort!

Purchased Lateral File Cabinet
This was the addition of the recent desk purchase. We purchased the matching lateral file cabinet! Beautiful, and really completes my office space. Highly recommend Bush Office Furniture.

I Had To Assemble Myself,
I had to assemble myself, which is not a problem, except for the extra time and labor. A bracket was missing, and during assembly, a screw post for the locking mechanism snapped while attaching. Had to call the 800 twice to get new parts which delayed the assembly by a week. The slides for the drawers could be of a better quality as the drawers wiggle and shake during o...

Strong and durable, flimsy lock
Very solid contruction, strong, smooth drawer sliders. Took over 2 hours to build - lots of pieces to put together. The drawers were somewhat difficult to install by myself - would recommend someone to help guide them in. I docked the rating due to the lock.
