Junk
Don't waste your money. Printed about 6 labels, then the machine got very finicky by not wanting to dispense the labels properly. Couldn't fix, so I threw the "printer" in the trash.

I love this label printer
This label printer easily connects to my computer and stores the addresses, etc. for easy retrieval when needed. I make greeting cards for family and friends and have lots of mail needing labels. It is also handy to create file labels, or to label everything. I have been using these printers over 20+ years. Well worth the investment.

Out with the OLD SLP 100
I've been using my OLD SLP 100 printer for 20 years managing to get it to work with my next new computer over and over again and finally this year it just stopped nothing I could do would revive my old faithful friend. Seiko Thermal Label Printer
Exactly what I wanted for a thermal label printer. Easy to set up, easy to use, and excellent price. Highly recommend this thermal printer when a single label is needed.

Good replacement for Dymo's
With the replacement Dymo's not using compatible labels, we went with a Seiko and it prints just as well. Can use compatible dymo labels and comes with print software that while not as robust as Dymo's it will do the job.

Photos of labels are misleading
Make sure you purchase (separately) the single address label rolls that are pictured IN EVERY PHOTO OF THIS PRINTER. Comes with a larger label roll for some reason (actual roll is not pictured anywhere).

My third one, but I keep coming back.
Performs as specified.
The old Seiko software is awkward to use but functions OK.
This is my third SEI Smart Label Printer. The other two crashed after a few years of very light usage. I would think after many years the product and software would have been updated to more modern standards.

NOT A FAN
I had the 440 and it crashed and is discontinued so this is the step up. No user manual came with it so you have to try to figure everything out yourself. Just making a simple label is so difficult.

Love my label maker!
I used my first Seiko SLP label maker for 16 years with never a problem, then got a new work computer and it was so old i couldn't upgrade. I Bought this one about a year ago...still happy!
