Price in store was 13.49 Noy 3.49 as advertised pn here. Very disappointed as I drove 45 miles to get it!

It took over one hour to download etc. Then the form was not easy to us and change to fit my situation. It did not allow me to customize a few details. I finally typed up my own form and filled it out.

Agreement good and worked, but look elsewhere for related documents
The agreement to sell was easy to complete and was readily accepted by the buyer. I registered the agreement as recommended on the package. I also needed related documents - residential real estate sales disclosure and homeowner's association disclosure - both of which were identified on cover of the agreement's package as available online when the agreement is register...
