Not 10.99 was more like 15-16 dollars. Very long and cumbersome doc. Had to get two witnesses to sign it also. I printed one at home that was only two pages and easy to use but I was away from home and didnt have my PC so had to find one as need was urgent. Expensive long and hard to execute. Not recommended.
