Crinkled Rolls
Lately the rolls have been crinkled which makes everything you laminate crinkled and not nice and flat. This is the case for the last two purchases on the EZ load film.

Short return policy on certain items...
Im curious as to why this item was so quickly pulled from the return time table. I ordered the incorrect size. The remainder of my order can still be returned. It has only been 11 business days since I placed this order. Please let me know the reasoning.

laminating film
the 1 inch core was very tight and difficult to put on our machine. however, once I muscled it on there the film itself is fine.
