Short return policy on certain items...
Im curious as to why this item was so quickly pulled from the return time table. I ordered the incorrect size. The remainder of my order can still be returned. It has only been 11 business days since I placed this order. Please let me know the reasoning.

laminating film
the 1 inch core was very tight and difficult to put on our machine. however, once I muscled it on there the film itself is fine.
