Don't waste your money on this product
The stapler is not worth the money I paid for it. If you staple two pages it jams, and if you staple multiple pages it jams. I bought this stapler to replace another brand name stapler that was malfunctioning. The only useful thing that this stapler is good for is a paper weight.

Don't waste your money on this product
The stapler is not worth the money I paid for it. If you staple two pages it jams, and if you staple multiple pages it jams. I bought this stapler to replace another brand name stapler that was malfunctioning. The only useful thing that this stapler is good for is a paper weight.

No longer all Metal
I bought this stapler to replace an older Optima model that was all metal. After a dozen years the spring broke in the old one... From the looks this is the current replacement. The bottom of this stapler is PLASTIC and it no longer has the heft of the older model. It does staple OK but just doesn't have the feel of the old one. Bean counters have wrecked this stapler, ...

I bought 2 of these staplers and neither one has worked without jamming. I even bought the specific staples that the manufacturer called for and they still jammed every time.

Not as advertised
This stapler said that it was jam free and once I opened it and put staples in it I could not even get it to staple once without jamming.

Not so easy to operate.
This is touted as a handheld stapler, but it is a bit too large for my hand, is too hard to use just one hand, and is not ergonomically suited to be a handheld. It sticks after applying the staple, and needs to be pulled apart to free the paper. It would be better advertised as a compact desk stapler.

Excellent Stapler
I have been at my current desk as an Admin Asst for just over 11 years and this was the exact stapler that was here for me to use. I have maintained using this same stapler all these years with no issues. There are days I do not use it, but there are days where it is used enough to compensate for the days it isn't used.
