a good basic pen at a great price

Boc pens
The pens are okay. A previous batch that I had wrote a little smoother and the ink flowed more easily. Not sure why the difference.

Best pen
Introduced to the Stic pen decades ago it has become my only pen for work and home. There's never been an issue with ink settling at the tip it never fails to write it's comfortable in my hand and its always affordable.
